Hi, I'm Jo, the founder of Hypnotherapy Support and Coaching. My journey to becoming a hypnotherapist has been a long and fulfilling one, rooted in my passion for helping others. For over 35 years, I've worked as a registered social worker, supporting individuals and families through challenging times.

While I continue to work within social work, my passion for hypnotherapy ignited a few years ago when I trained in past life regression. Witnessing the profound impact this therapy had on people inspired me to further my skills and obtain a diploma in hypnotherapy.
